I don't get all of the whining about this product. I did have to drag the software into "my documents" but it worked. This thing worked nicely once I got the software installed. Holds 60 pics like it said it would...heck, it works so good I ordered 4 of them and gave a couple of them out as gifts. Every one of us has no problems and everyone we show them too wants to know where to get one. I'm not saying EVERYONE should get out there and buy one but after ordering 4 and having no problems like a bunch of others out there..maybe, just maybe it's the user that is the problem. A little computer knowledge may help, or having someone with you that does have some computer knowledge to help you get started.
